Your webshop ready for the new rules

Within one year, webshops in the Netherlands got three new rules. We check your shop against them and tell you what needs doing, point by point. Or we fix it for you straight away.

What changed

The withdrawal button. Since 19 June 2026, almost every webshop has to let customers withdraw in a few clicks, through a fixed button.

Green claims. Since 27 September 2026, general claims such as “eco-friendly” or “climate neutral” are only allowed if you can back them up. Sustainability logos have to rest on a recognised certification scheme.

Accessibility. Since 28 June 2025, webshops with ten or more employees or over 2 million euros in turnover have to be usable for people with a disability. For smaller shops it pays off too: every customer who can check out is revenue.

Questions you may have

Which platform does it run on?

We change WooCommerce and Shopify ourselves. On another platform, you get the check and a report you can hand to your developer.

What if a lot needs doing?

Check and fix includes up to eight hours of fixing. If more is needed, you hear the price up front and decide yourself.

Do you use an accessibility widget?

No. A widget layered over your shop does not solve the issues. We change the shop itself.
