How it works

Quote

You get a fixed price by email and approve it online. Pay in one go or in three monthly instalments.

Questionnaire

Through a personal link you tell us what your business does, pick the pages and upload your logo and photos.

Draft

You get a link to the draft. Two rounds of revisions are included.

Live

Once you approve, we put the site on your domain and send you the login for your mailbox.

What it costs

The website gets a fixed price in the quote. A logo design can be added for €195. The first month of care is included. After that, Care Basic is €29 per month excl. VAT, covering hosting, domain name, one mailbox, updates, backups and small changes. Care Plus is €59 per month and adds one hour of work on your site every month. Each extra mailbox is €3 per month. Care is an annual contract, billed monthly.

Questions you may have

Can I keep my current domain?

Yes, we take care of that.

How do I change something later?

Email the change to admin@de-regelneef.nl. Small changes to text and photos are part of the care plan; bigger ones get their own quote.

I already have a logo and brand style. Do you work with that?

Yes. No logo yet? We can design one.

Can a webshop or client portal be added later?

Yes, as an extension with its own quote.

Can I cancel the care plan?

Care runs for a year and then renews a year at a time. You can cancel up to one month before the end.
